Silo Art Trail Tour
(Taking in Woods Bros. Museum in Rupanyup – a must see)
Friday 11th May to Sunday 13th May 2018
Welcome to the Silo Art Trail Tour and the Club’s first weekend away as a group with fellow member’s and friend’s.
The Silo Art Trail is a tourism initiative developed by the small towns in the Wimmera-Mallee Region of North Western Victoria to breathe life back into struggling regional communities and has been a wonderful success.
The disused silos were made available by Grain Corp who partnered with Yarriambiack Council to deliver the 200klm Silo Art Trail.. With funding from Creative Arts Victoria and the Australian Government, the trail has grown to six painted silos and has transformed this region of Victoria.
International artist’s have been joined by local artist’s and street artist’s to create this trail, with each silo depicting local people and relationships to the particular area.
Cool Country Classics and their friends are joining the growing trend of Car Club’s enjoying classic motoring together while supporting these small towns in the area.
The itinerary is attached, noting carefully the arrangements of Motel Bookings.
Any questions, please contact me.
