Due to COVID-19 the club has to adhere to the directions issued by Victoria’s Chief Health Officer. The clubs primary concern is for the safety and well being of its members and the communities. As such members shall take reasonable steps to maintain a distance of 1.5 metres from all other persons (except those people with whom they ordinarily reside) when participating in all club activities. When member are participating in club activities they are advised to practise hand hygiene in accordance with the Department of Health and Human Services’ guidelines. Please make sure you notify the applicable delegate before turning up to an organised gathering as we do not want to disappoint anyone by turning them away. We are all looking forward to when restriction have been lifted.
Get out in the shed and place those batteries on charge, check the oil and pump those tires up and get ready to rumble. The first club since March 2020, planning is almost complete. With Covid restrictions and weather unknown, The club caption may require to change things at short notice. So this is what we know as of now. The club will hold January Club Run on Tuesday the 26th of January 2021 or better know as Australia Day. At this stage, we will be having a picnic at the Cardinia Reservoir Park, Cardinia Reservoir Access Rd, Emerald VIC 3782. We will meet at Hungry Jack’s in Narre Warren, located on the corner of Narre Warren Nth Road and Overland Drive, for a 10:00 am departure. We will then take the scenic route from Narre Warren with about approximately 40km of driving to our destination. To register to attend this event, please complete the form below.
